Shenzhen Xuyong Industrial Co., Ltd. (“XUYONG”, “we”, “us”) operates xyifms.com and cn.xyifms.com. This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit the sites, choose a language, or send a business enquiry, and the cookie choices available to you.

When you use a contact or product enquiry form, we collect the name, email address, telephone number, company, and message you provide, together with the source page and site language. Email verification codes on the contact page are used only to verify the address and normally expire after 10 minutes.

Website operation data

To deliver pages, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults, we and our hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser and device types, access times, requested URLs, referring pages, and security logs. We record the IP address used for an enquiry to support rate limiting, security review, and abuse handling.

Cookies and local storage

The sites use a small number of necessary and preference storage items. Audience measurement is enabled only after you actively allow it. Continuing to browse does not by itself mean that you consent to analytics cookies.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed with website hosting, email delivery, IT maintenance, and security providers, or where required by law or to protect legitimate rights. We require service providers to protect the information and use it on our instructions. Enquiries are stored in the website dashboard and emailed to the relevant XUYONG personnel for follow-up.

If Google Analytics is enabled in the future, its tag will load only after you allow audience measurement. If machine translation is enabled and you select a supported language, public page text may be processed by Microsoft Azure AI Translator; we do not intentionally send personal information entered in enquiry forms to the translation service.

Some providers may process data outside your country or region. Where cross-border processing occurs, we use contractual and security measures required by applicable law.

5. Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to answer an enquiry, maintain a business relationship, perform a contract or legal obligation, handle disputes, and protect the sites. We delete or anonymise it when those purposes end. Verification and rate-limit records expire according to their short-term purpose; cookie durations are shown above.

We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, HTTPS, backups, and security monitoring. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure; if an incident may affect you, we will respond as applicable law requires.
