Intelligent Formula R&D / Batching Equipment

The XY-IRBS intelligent formula development and batching device uses an industrial computer and PLC as its core control system, integrating weighing scales, barcode scanners, motion control components, servo motors and printers, and uses compressed gas (nitrogen or air) to move materials, forming a high-precision batching device that can be preset. With formula management software installed it serves laboratory formula development; working with an ERP or MES system it delivers high-precision quantitative batching and barcode output for up to hundreds of liquid materials. The device suits R&D of flavours, fragrances and chemical additives, as well as automated high-precision dosing of small and micro volumes of multi-component liquids in home care and fine chemicals.
